This piece by Liz Kohl, “Je T’aime, Maman,” is a completed, composition commission from her 2020 Kickstarter. Dedicated with love to Liz Kohl’s Mom, this piece is a beautiful conversation between the piano and violin (her mom’s favorite instrument). It draws on romantic styles of music and layers themes between the violin and piano throughout.
