Titanic Party - Miss Liz plays Mendelssohn
I recently attended a party that included special food, costumes, and even a fancy chandelier to commemorate the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. The host played music that would have been played for guests on the Titanic with a cellist & violinist - it was so beautiful! It was my pleasure to choose some pieces to play from the list of pieces that people could have requested on the Titanic. The first piece I started with was a sweet, little one by Mendelssohn, called "Confidence." Check it out:
Anniversary of the Titanic Sinking - what a party! Costumes, food & music that would have been on board, dancing, and a fancy chandelier! This was one of the pieces that would have been on the 'request list' - a sweet little piece by Mendelssohn called "Confidence." Enjoy!
And, obviously, the night had to end with a jubilant rendition of "My Heart Will Go On" :) But, that one was left to our memories, instead of a video! Let me know what you think of this piece by Mendelssohn!
